Dr. Tim Scott
President
Tim has developed a heart for micro-missions over the years, having been on several mission trips. He has been to some of the poorest countries in the world and found that people’s needs are the same wherever you go. "We are driven to meet physical, psychological and spiritual needs in the life of vulnerable people," Says Tim. Tim has been a pastor all his adult life and is now seeking to reach out around the world with the hope he has found in the Word of God.
Scott Laughlin
Director
Having developed, led, and organized outreach projects since 2003, Scott has a strong desire and the training to share the heart of God to the underprivileged, "at-risk" youth of today. Overcoming the threat of becoming an "at-risk" youth himself, he wishes to, without any judgment, share grace and help those in need by developing initiatives that will have a lasting impact in their lives. In 2003, he created One Truth Outreach, which is where he trained, led, and served in several domestic and overseas missions to countries such as Peru, Japan and Africa.

Milk grew up in Thailand and lives in the northern city of Chiang Mai. She has the most beautiful heart we have ever seen for the hurting and oppressed. She is educated, funny, always positive and has a heart for struggling youth like no one we have ever seen. We are blessed to be able to call upon Milk to help us. She not only understands the culture, but she truly understands the value of God in life. She is by far our best asset and friend in Thailand.
