Thailand
Tim Scott and Scott Laughlin just returned with their team from Mae Sot, Thailand. God had an incredible ministry in mind for them that they did not expect. They came with a well prepared plan and schedule, not knowing that they would have to completely change their plans in place for the Lord's direction.
They found themselves in the heart of Mae Sot, ministering to burmese refugee children. They partnered with an organization called Compasio (www.compasio.org) in this effort. They were able to relieve the Compasio staff to help love on the children at the "Safe House" and to the recently received prison babies. They also ran a vbs at a burmese migrant school, serving with lessons, crafts and games. They left many school and sports supplies as well. The evenings were spent in a meaningful ministry to street kids, feeding them, cutting their hair and de-licing with special shampoo.

We have also finalized some plans with Agape Orphanage and a new Bible School with Pastor Winai, who lives just outside of Mae Sot with his limited staff and 137 displaced kids.

Mexico
