Safe House Project
Grace Outreach is partnering with Compasio to locate and purchase land. We will build a house for at-risk and abused children in Mae Sot, Thailand, which borders Burma.

This project will be completed in three phases;
Phase 1 - Locate and purchase the property.
Estimated Cost: $30,000 USD
How: We will work with Compasio to locate the right lot of land (Compasio already has a couple in mind) and purchase.
Phase 2 - Build the Safe House (also furnish, set up utilities, etc.)
Estimated Cost: $30,000 USD
How: We will draw up plans for a simple and humble home for these children and then build. We will also establish all utilities for the home, furnish and provide food and necessary goods.
Phase 3 - Sustain the Safe House
Estimated Cost: $2,000 per month
How: Through monthly donations we hope to provide all financial needs to pay for utilities, staffing, clothing and food for the children and Compasio Staff who care for them.
